Zhaoyuan Quangang Machinery Co., Ltd. (ZQMC) is a professional steel grating and steel grating machine (press-welded machine or grating welder) manufacturer in China.

We are located in Zhaoyuan, Shandong, close to Qingdao Port and Yantai Port. Covering an area of 18,600 square meters, ZQMC owns advanced intermediate frequency steel grating machines and all kinds of auxiliary processing equipment. Our steel gratings meet many international standards such as ANSI/NAAMM (MBG531-93), BS4592-1995 and AS1657-1985. Our monthly output of steel gratings and related products such as trench grates, stair treads and handrails is over 600T.

Our grating welders (steel grating machines) are specialized machines for the manufacture of forge welded gratings and grating welders with fast and firm welding and power saving advantages.

We use advanced intermediate frequency (1000Hz) technology to manufacture our machines. With strong instantaneous electric current and short welding time, our machines can save approx. 30-50% power energy compared with low frequency (50Hz) grating welders. Moreover, in contrast to low frequency (50Hz) grating welders, our matched transformers can even save 40-50% KVA, so our grating welder is the first choice for your investment.
